Today I begin a journey through the book "Foundations of Pentecostal Theology" by Guy P. Duffield and Nathaniel M. Van Cleave. This book is introduced by Dr. Jack Hayford and was one of my textbooks in the School of Leaders at Christian Life Church, where I currently serve as the Discipleship Pastor.
It is my desire to "study to show myself approved, a workman who need not be ashamed..." - one who rightly divides and correctly handles the Word of Truth. With that in mind, I will be working my way through this highly recommended book of systematic theology and using this blog as my online notebook for personal future reference, and secondly and more importantly, to share my journey with others.
